The project aims to organize a creative space for discussing the learning process and its role in the society's evolution.
Target audience: 350 people in person, 2,900 online (trainers, coaches, professors, teachers, managers, businessmen, academics, corporate speakers).

Highlights
The EDRID Event team organized a unique event in Erarta's ultra-modern creative space. The event took over all five floors of the building and was packed with a variety of activities: over 10 lectures and masterclasses that explored learning from different angles - everything from neuroscience to sociology and neurography. Like any museum, Erarta is a complex space that is difficult to navigate, especially for those who are there for the first time)) Our task was to help participants quickly and easily navigate to the area they needed: be it a cloakroom, a coffee break or a selected masterclass.
We developed a special system of indoor navigation, which makes moving around the various locations comfortable and intuitive.
Bright multi-colored tape strips were made in the corporate colors. This allowed to unite all elements of the space into a common atmosphere and create a harmonious visual perception.
We also placed a detailed and clear schedule of the forum on navigation tables and screens, making it accessible from any corner of the museum.
To promote the event, we created an inspiring teaser video that used the limitless possibilities of artificial intelligence, giving it a special depth and magic.
In addition to the usual branded elements, we made original elements of the space design (after all, it's Erarta Museum!). Light cubes, which have been a roaring favorite with selfie lovers!
